Strategied for high-tech products and international market strategies for Tsinghua Yuanxing, aiding its entry into suitable overseas markets.

 

In 2006-2007, KMG designed an overall marketing strategy and international market strategy for Tsinghua Yuanxing Nanotechnology Co., Ltd., assisting in its implementation. The project successfully enhanced Tsinghua Yuanxing's strategic marketing management capabilities, providing clear strategic direction and successfully introducing its nanosilver product series to the United States and European markets. With KMG's assistance, Tsinghua Yuanxing has collaborated with 3M to establish a joint venture. KMG developed a detailed marketing organizational structure model, including workflow design, organizational structure, department design, job design, and detailed job responsibilities and assessment indicators for each position, through benchmark studies, internal interviews, and consideration of the company's history, strategic vision, and business objectives. This organizational structure received approval and implementation from GIS's executive management.
